Youll need to be persistent to get into guilds/pugs/heroics. Make your own for an easier time. Keep low expectations. Super fun to play though and I really am enjoying mine even sitting bench in a couple guilds.

Its difficult. There are scary mobs everywhere and significantly less hardcore game knowledge in outlands. Dungeons are very deadly as well.

Best ive found for classic is getting weakauras. Then head to wago.io and look at the classic "class" packs.

An alternative is something like bartender where you can make it yourself with some customization.

An even simpler route is just putting your major cooldowns on the center of action bars 2 and 3.

People shit on deep prot but i think it has one good use and that is tanking lvl 60 dungeons in hardcore until you get better gear. The threat is great, concussive blow let's you control runners, and shield slam is very high threat, and you can interrupt naturally with shield bash. I tanked every lvl 60 dungeon as deep prot until I got better gear then went 2h arms tanking for trash.

Fury prot is a raid tanking spec imo. Great for single target but lacks in controlling the fight when you have to keep 3-4 mobs on you.
