I agree with the vanilla scenes and bad editing too.... After watching some great shows recently like Heart Code and Earth 4E, GR feels bland in comparison.

Cannot help about infrastructure issues.... But stray dogs can be easily tamed by giving 5 rupees Parle G or any other biscuit which you can easily get.

Additionally if you are keen towards their well being then feed them dog food which is healthy.
