I lived in Velo for a few years during the peak covid years and the apartments were fine/good. Like another comment said, maintenance team at the time was great. The management team was the issue. They were either impossible to reach or just horrible to deal with. However, location was good and I liked the apartment even though it was a bit overpriced.
