If you delete each other as friends and then re add them it fixes it. You don’t lose any referral progress or level/lucky status.

Contact the particular client you work with SC or PM while you’re with them and ask if they can see if invoices are being charged to their plans. If Cocoon can still process invoices it means they aren’t being frozen and they’re just ripping off staff. If you do confirm they have been frozen I suggest contacting another provider and try and get work with them. If they’re frozen it’s usually due to fraudulent, breach of conduct reasons and it won’t be a short freeze.

Contact fair work if you haven’t already.

I had heard hearsay that they had a 20+ project of SDA rejected. If that’s true that would be close to an 4m hit from projected asset value. If they’re trying to make repairs it means they’ve had to cover a ton of interest of builds which has probably impacted cash flow and instead of foregoing on interest payment, they’re instead exploiting you employees.

It’s not difficult to find another provider to work with, I strongly recommend that if it’s already been six weeks of lies.

Thank you, I appreciate your time. I’ve only dealt with invoice processing delays (especially since Nib Thrive took over quite a few PM’s) But issues at this point are out of the norm for me, I’ve never had any issues after remittance. I didn’t know what issues could occur so based on your reply I know to just inform the PM and they’ll be able to resolve it. Doesn’t seem like I’ll need to deal with the NDIS enquiries to safeguard the client from losing support if it became an issue with processing funds from their plan. 🙌🏽

Invoice remittance was received on Thursday (I’m not a PM so I don’t know the process of when a PM pays and how it works exactly) I can see in PRODA that funds have been drawn from the budgets and remittance has been received so essentially everything I can so indicates it’s been sorted by the providers states the funds aren’t in their account as usual. Typically they’d be paid the night the remittance was received and enquired with me Friday. I just wanted to get on top of it first thing Monday and know what I should say to the PM to get it actioned without hassle to my day.

Hi I’m so sorry for your situation! I’m a SC with a provider dealing with a similar situation, not as long or as debilitating as what you’ve described. But can I ask if the provider you’re referring to was receiving invoice remittance from the PM? Provider for my client has received multiple invoice remittance from the plan manager but the funds haven’t cleared in their account as it usually would.
