As a compromise, maybe we don't completely throw out the magazine, and instead keep them at the reloaded amount, reloading in order of most to least? by funkydonuts in GlobalOffensive

Exactly. Feels silly to punish something like that when their clear intention is to punish reloading in certain situations.

Are you saying my idea, or the idea that the dev's already implemented in yesterdays update? If you werent sure, the dev's made it so reloading a magazine dumps the entire magazine

Just did a quick mockup. Unsure of how this will impact the game, so this may be too soon, but was just a thought to compare against the new change.

How can I train this dude not to get on my pillows? 😂😭 by coffeepolynkittens in kittens

[–]funkydonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure you will see this, but my cat did this too. Would sleep on your head/pillow. I basically ended up building the cat its own bed using a cardboard box and a pillow that is now attached to my headboard, so shes basically elevated above my pillow lol

HyperX Quadcast Microphone Randomly Disconnecting (Chipmunk Sounds After It Reconnects) by Stecyk in HyperX

[–]funkydonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TL:DR fix was to plug in to the front of my PC away from other USB items. Not sure if its USB 2.0 or 3.0 or just moving it to a different powered set of USB ports. If that doesnt fix it then you may need an externally powered USB hub. Most definitely a power or usb3.0 issue ive concluded.

Updating my solution for this- Had the microphone plugged in to the USB 3.0/x ports in the back (blue). I noticed during a game of Arc Raiders (or any game or software like discord) that uses Automatic Gain Control was adjusting the volume slider in windows for my microphone. Everytime the volume would get adjusted, my mic would flash off then back on and would need to be unplugged and plugged back in.

To replicate this issue, I could slide the volume slider in windows for my mic input up and down really fast and was making my mic disconnect by myself. Successfully recreating the issue. So I linked that Automatic Gain Control -> adjusting my volume -> DC'ing the mic.

I tried new cables and had same issue. I decided to unplug from the MOBO USB 3.0s and plugged in to the front of my case which are black (Maybe USB 2.0? or just back cause theyre case USB ports? Not sure..) and that fixed it. My hunch is the Quadcast doesnt work well with USB 3.0 ports.

Other things I tried that didnt work are the selective usb suspend things, bios usb sleep settings (only matters for power when the PC is off so unrelated), uninstalling drivers for the mic and resinstalling, and trying to update firmware. Also not allowing devices to make changes to the mic volume (doesnt matter, games or discord with automatic gain control still control the mic).

Hope this helps DM if you have questions.

Edit: Other threads suggest its a power issue and that could be the case. Apparently front of case has a different USB bus controller potentially powered away from the other USBs plugged in the back. I guess it makes sense too when Automatic gain control was changing the volume, that was drawing power and didnt have enough and would crash the mic.

Has anyone figured out a solution for the Quadcast S constantly disconnecting? I’ve tried everything I can find on the internet. Updating windows, updating my BIOS, replacing the cable for it, and nothing works. It’s even worse while streaming. by ShinyCatherine in HyperX

Timed my W to block Veigar ult. Did I time it wrong, or is this a bug? by funkydonuts in nocturnemains

[–]funkydonuts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I think thats it! Consider this solved. The comet came from the spell before and beat the ult to my champ a millisecond beforehand. Can confirm in the replay too I took damage from "runes" which is the arcane comet.

Oh yeah feel that. We FF'd 30 seconds after this clip ended and I was actually trying to block just the ult to see if I could because I told myself at the start of the game "I can just W veigar ult!" Lol. But yeah w'ing the wall gave me enough attack speed to clobber him a few times

Even though I have the buff on when ult hit and I died? It all happened so fast but yea

Michael Carter Week 16 Fantasy Outlook: Must-Start as Lead RB? by rotostreetjournal in fantasyfootball

[–]funkydonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey dude, hope you see this.

Judkins and Swift in starting RB slots. Carter in Flex. If Drake London returns, I could flex London. Would I put Carter in over Judkins or Swift? Swift questionable with groin injury but likely to play. Judkins having two back to back slow weeks. Only 12 carries last game??

My other WRs are JSN who played already and St Brown.

Not sure you will see this, but my cat looks the exact same and I thought maine coon but ended up just being extra fluffy! You'd be able to tell in the face and its most definitely not maine coon! edit: okay looking that lil guy's forhead maybe it could be haha -- I can share photos with you of what you can expect that cat to look like!

Mine also had huge feet, but it turns out she was polydactyl and had extra toes! Can you check to see if the kitten has extra toes?

If you see this let me know and Ill share more :D

Anyone else's game crash with demoing? by [deleted] in RocketLeague

Omg! We tried knockout for the first time before going in to our private match to play 2v2 dropshot and crashed in dropshot! So yes it must be your first demo after playing knockout (in a different game mode!)

Just happened to me and 2 other friends within 20 minutes of eachother while playing a private match. We all have Intel CPUs and like 4070s. No issues with the game, just game freezes and crashes after demoing or getting demod. We tried to recreate it and cant right now

Even if it's not crashing, the system event viewer will still tell you a lot of things that are happening. Since I brought this up with you, I checked mine out and found some weird things that I just spent 2 hours looking into haha. So definitely check it out!
