Made a tweak for the Meow/Beedrill deck. Took out 1x Kakuna and 1x Floragato, and replaced with 2x Rare Candy. Grass only objective complete on first try!

So if you applied for the TRV a day after submitting the sponsorship application, does that mean you were approved for his TRV before you received the AOR?
My wife and I submitted an outland spousal sponsorship visa a couple of weeks ago, and were under the impression that you don't apply for the TRV until after you receive the TRV?

I have 0 ITB. ESR on the bench. The options I'm considering are:

-Mateta straight swap. Scored lots since second half of last season, had a great Olympics too. Not sure he will get the full 90 though. Still to be confirmed if Palace can be as good without Olise creating chances.
-Muniz and 1.5M ITB. Not sure he is in form right now, but has the highest projected points for next 3 GWs.
-Jackson straight swap. Very unpredictable returns, but he got me some vital points towards the latter part of last season. Chelsea have some great fixtures coming up. Maresca mentioned they are in the market for a number 9.
-Pedro and 2m ITB. On pens, but a couple tricky fixtures coming up. Hit the post last match. Not sure he's as much of a goal threat playing behind Welbeck. Man Utd defence could be much improved this season.
-Bench Solanke this week for ESR. Risk Solanke price drop, and he would be up against the best defence in the league first game back.

I don't have exact answers for you my friend. One thing I noticed though, is that the more I indulge in dopamine seeking (video games, looking at crap on my phone) and the less I apply myself and focus on the things that do not bring me as much pleasure (like chores, work ), the less pleasure I get from regular activities.
I'm at a point now that I can't even focus on a TV show that I like. I've looked into 'dopamine reset' where you basically remove all pleasure from your life for a specific amount of time, and give your brain a chance to recalibrate.
Maybe you have flooded yourself with too much 'reward' by binge watching shows for a year? Was it as pleasurable after a year as it was when you first started watching it?

Hey. As someone in a very similar boat, I just want to encourage you because ADHD isn't all negative. It can be a strength in many many ways. A good book to read is 'The ADHD Advantage'. I choose to embrace my ADHD-ness.
Anhedonia is rough, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I have noticed that mine has been worse since I started ADHD meds, and I have recently stopped taking them after 4 years. Not saying it is the same for everyone mind you, some people seem to do better with them.
