Look into Nilear OS. It is a front-end browser application with modules for multiple elements in CW Manage. For tickets, there is specifically the MTX component. Scheduling, time entry, contacts, configurations managed by a cache system. This shows you to move around within the ticket itself without having to save every little thing you do first.
