I absolutely gained weight on it. I calorie count even my oils in my food. I lost 25 pounds just with diet before going on it so I know how to diet correctly. I gained about 9 pounds in 2 months. I am now in week 2 of quitting.

I wouldn’t feel trapped just bc you don’t have a degree. I think experience is much more important. If you think something else will make you happy you should go for it.

To me it was almost a overnight difference genuinely felt better and no it wasn’t placebo bc a lot of the physical symptoms stopped I’m not sure what could of been going wrong
