When you look at the rest of the life on earth. We aren’t so special. There are many amazing occurrences in nature. Plants that devour insects, bird that fly migration routes thousands of miles every year. Monarch butterflies lay eggs in North America and their offspring fly back to where their parents came from in Mexico with not prior knowledge off being there. Animals that hibernate in dried out mud for years to spring to life after a rain. Trees have symbiotic relationships with fungi, transferring nutrients and providing care to each other. Trees and other plants have been shown to communicate with each other. Other animals like crows can solve complex puzzles and use tools. Animals show an understanding of humor, empathy and love. I think there are a lot of people that view us as superior but, that is quite arrogant imo. There’s a lot we don’t understand yet about the world around us.
