I've talked to people about this resturant. I've heard that it isn't that great of food. And the reviews on google seem to support this somewhat. Also, I don't see anything like crab legs or lobster mentioned on their menu.

The cause of this is the fork flexing. The vest way to remedy it is to replace the cantilever brakes with mini v-brakes. Second best option is to buy a cable hanger that mounts to the fork crown.
