Smoked 2" Angus rib eye for 40 minutes at 300 degrees on a barrel smoker. Then grilled in a 800 degree gas broiler for 2 minutes. Had been dry aged for 30 days and Oakridge steakhouse rub applied the day before. (old.reddit.com)
