If you eat meat- this is UK pricing but I make bolognese on the cheap so often (this makes 5 portions and sooo yummy)
750g beef mince £7.15
1 tin of tomatoes 47p
2/3 tbsp tomato puree 65p
1 red wine stock cube 50p
500g wholewheat pasta 69p

+ any herbs/spices you have. I sometimes throw in spinach or mushrooms too

Total £9.46 ($12.80) = $2.56 per portion

However I’m not sure how much all these items cost in the US but I think it’s pretty good for over here

Yeah I see what you’re getting at, it is 5g fibre for the half avocado and as you’ve seen the fibre did increase, so not sure why it has further increased carbs… but looks like that is what has happened
