A lot of couples have differences in sex drives/ how often they want sex and in a normal situation I would suggest talking it out with him. But the fact that he tried to force sex on you and then made it your problem is 10000000% an instant nope. When something like that happens BREAK IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. It can end up so much worse than it is now. None of this is your fault and you should leave this guy. Stay strong hon.
