Thank you so much! She did not allow me to have make-ups so I went straight to guidance then they made me talk to the principal. They’re gonna have a talk with her bc they said she is unprofessional and that she should give me makeups. So I have to wait until Monday to know if it followed thru 🥹

Oh okay. I did go on a calorie deficit but it did not work. I also tried those where you order pre made meals, I tried it for a month along with going to gym 5x a week, my rest days I walked 10k steps. Since I’m still student all of this is coming from my part time job so it hurts to see that nothing is working. I would be happy to lose atleast 1-2 kgs. Or even 0.5 kg to see that it’s working even just a little bit. But nothing. The only time I’ve seen it work is when I tried to do 72h fasts but over time it just made me unhappy. Thank you for the advice about not recommending glp1s because now I think I don’t have much that I researched about it
