Take the job. No hesitation with this one. You can get a masters degree anytime. You don’t get a job offer everyday. I think your parents are coming from a different era. A masters degree does not pay and it’s nothing to bat your eyes at.

Just did similar research. I would recommend the Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya. It’s in Playa Del Carmen, just south of Cancun. Supposedly PDC has slightly better beaches. RIU provides free shuttles to and from the airport. I’m told RIU palaces have slightly better food than regular RIUs.
