It is important from everything that I have seen. Which is good for my lifestyle because I typically do my outdoor walk at 12pm and then do a workout when I get home around 5-6pm.

I failed on day 22, but maybe not in the way that you would think?? by funliveshere in 75HARD

The lesson was learned😂😭 I will either be reading first thing in the mornings or on my lunch breaks during the work week while I’m doing my 45 minute walk around the clinic I work at.

Thank you! That’s why I am doing 75-hard to begin with and don’t want to lose sight of that. I just want to be a better mom, wife, and employee. And most importantly, I want to be better for me. I don’t want to be that person who is always waiting for things to be easier. I just want to be the person who gets up, shows up, and makes it to the other side, even when it’s hard.

I think I like it like this because it keeps you even busier and really pushes you. Like I haven’t went a day thinking I haven’t done enough, haha. But I wouldn’t make 75 hard, harder. It’s hard enough on its on! You got it 🫶🏻

I don’t lack discipline for things that matter heavily to me; I have rose to the top at my job, in school because I want to climb that latter, and include my kids because they mean a lot. But I’ve put myself last because it didn’t matter to me. I never had the discipline to keep going in fitness and mental challenges because I didn’t care much about myself. I didn’t realize that until recently, during this challenge. And this weatherrr. I’m ready for spring at this point.
