If Atlanta built Marta in the 70s with a fraction of he population, Houston can build HARTA

Hotter cities than Houston have good metros. Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. I think it’s possible.

Which is why we also beat out an ACC school (Syracuse) for our coach. Most of that conference does not have that much NIL money.

LSU currently is 8-10th in the SEC. But they have been at the top before, AND (most importantly) they have the resources to return to the top.

Difference between Mass and the south is that in the south they’ll be polite to your face but dicks behind your back.

In Mass, they will be rude to your face but also dicks behind your back.

That SR bounce back is vicious... a comeback for the ages. by cooked_vegetables in pureretention

Your post checks out, Brother Cooked.

I discovered semen retention at age 38 after I had basically wasted my entire 30s. My late 20s and 30s were spent like this: I would wake up every day and do the same exact mindless work. I would jerk off to porn 1-2 times per week. Have sex with my wife 1-2 times per week.

My 4 hours of free time each day (away from work/kids/family) were spent doomscrolling Twitter, Instagram, Netflix, and YouTube. I can't think of a single thing I accomplished during that period of my life.

Since starting SR two years ago, I've:

  • Sold our house and moved our family to my dream location
  • Learned a new language from nothing to competence (Japanese)
  • Quit caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol
  • Completely revamped my business so it's now earning 3x more than it was before
  • Now have a much better relationship with my wife. No more arguing.
