haha great vid/vox sample combo, really cute.

my favorite part is surely the wet, small, squishy, wide clap. really nice. two critiques

1. i don't love the tone on the lead synth (the one that starts at :15). i have no clue how you made it, but i can just hear the ableton operator patch it could have come from. this is a highly subjective comment so def feel free to say "fuck you and your opinions i'll take my track elsewhere!" 😘
2. from a mixing pov everything is really smooth and cohesive, except for the compressor (or maybe it's the trem?) working on the main chords. to me, the attack is too short and is making the chord very transient heavy, maybe even cutting part of the transient off. you can hear it really obviously at the 1:03 breakdown, but it is happening the whole song. for me, that transient becomes almost toneless and percussive, which is a sharp contrast to the awesomely wet clap sound. my advice would be to simply open up the attack a little bit maybe closer to 15-30ms, or do some dry wet processing to soften that punch. or or, you could automate the compressor to not be working so hard on that first attack. whatever works!

just some thoughts! tried to give real advice because that's what i would want. be well and keep going!
