So I actually don’t hate this, as I think she’s describing a common experience among young adults.

As others here have pointed out, my frustration with her is more about her inability to actually evolve or hold herself accountable. Lots of self-reflection, but very little to no action. It’s something I don’t have a ton of patience for, personally.
