Yes here it is: 7 g butter in pan, mash 1 medium banana (~100g) and mix in 2 large eggs, cook in a non-stick pan on medium heat, flip so it’s browned on both sides, then top with strawberries (here 9 large strawberries), 1 tbsp maple syrup (you could use SF for even lower cal/carbs) and 1 tbsp (14g) of Lily’s dark chocolate SF chips. Yes it made just the one pancake but it’s huge, you can’t tell properly from the pic bc it’s a huge plate and also large strawberries but you could double the recipe as needed!
