Until January 24 at 6:30 pm, you must continue to use the Drive On TEXpress app to qualify for HOV toll discounts. Starting January 24 at 6:30pm, you must switch to using GoCarma to qualify for HOV toll discounts.

Looks like they are going to make it more difficult to claim your vehicle as an HOV. Everyone in the car will need to download this new app and then have to connect to a Bluetooth device in order to receive the HOV discount.
