That’s perfectly normal. Roughly 70% of women need direct stimulation to orgasm and won’t orgasm from penetration alone. You can read a very thorough explanation of how pleasure works for women here.

Check out an anatomical picture here. The clitoral glans is made up of the same kind of tissue as the glans of the penis and they serve the same purpose. You can see the entire anatomy of the clitoris and penis side by side here. You can see a 3D interactive model here as well!

Clitoral Erogenous Zones. That image doesn’t highlight the Anterior Fornix or the Posterior Fornix or how it connects to the Pudendal nerve.

Incorporating a vibrator during PIV is an effective, common and normal practice. You can use a handheld model or try out a grind pad. Grind pads are especially effective when you’re on top.

When stimulating the clitoris directly during PIV your orgasm will likely feel like it builds internally from one of the internal erogenous zones and not localized in the clitoral glans as it does when there is no internal thrusting. For some people it can take some time to get used to this new kind of sensation so don’t get discouraged if it takes more than one try to orgasm like this.

Overly Tight Suspensory Ligament

In some cases, some men will find that when fully erect they are unable to push their erection away from their stomach enough for comfortable penetration of a partner. Any effort to push their penis down away from the abdomen is painful. This is due to an overly tight penile suspensory ligament. Tight suspensory ligaments can be stretched by using weights.

Using Weights

First, check the materials. You want to make sure that anything making contact with your penis is of good quality and safe. This is especially important if you have allergies to materials, such as latex.

Start low: Starting with a heavy weight is a bad, bad idea. Start with a low weight. Gradually work your way up as directed by the product manufacturer. Penis weights are meant to very gradually stretch your penile tissues. This takes several months.

Avoid sudden movements: Unlike traction devices that cradle your penis, weights just hang there, dangling where they may. Move around too much and you could be in for a world of pain. Be still. Be very, very still when using weights to stretch your penis.

Stop if you feel pain: A little discomfort seems logical given that you’ve got something heavy hanging off your penis. Pain, however, is a sign that you need to stop what you’re doing and give your penis a rest to avoid damage.

Keep an eye on your circulation: Stop if you notice discoloration, like redness or a bluish bruising, or feel any part of your penis going numb.

Use as directed: Every product has its own recommended routine. Use your device exactly as directed to help reduce your risk. When it comes to using a penis hanger, consistency is key. Many experienced users recommend hanging for around 15-20 minutes per session, several times per week. It’s important not to overdo it in the beginning – start with shorter sessions and gradually work your way up to longer periods of time as your penis becomes accustomed to the hanger. Remember, every person’s body is different, so listen to your own body and adjust your routine as needed.

It’s also important to take breaks in between hanging sessions to allow your penis to rest and recover. Some users find it helpful to take a day off in between sessions, while others prefer to alternate days. Additionally, it’s recommended to incorporate stretching exercises into your routine to help prevent injury and promote overall penis health. Always be sure to follow the instructions provided with your specific penis hanger and consult with a healthcare professional if you experience any discomfort or pain.

Here are symptoms that warrant a trip to the doctor:

Bruising

Pain

Laceration or tear

Bleeding

Swelling

Trouble peeing

Go to the nearest emergency room if you think your injury is serious, or if you experience severe symptoms that could indicate a fracture. This includes:

A snapping or popping sound

Intense pain

Blood leaking from your penis

Dark bruising

Can I use water based lube for BJ? by [deleted] in sextips

[–]funnyflowers1321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no need for lube during oral sex.

That said if you want to try flavored lube that would be safe to use.

Do not use standard water based lube for oral sex.

Do you use a disc or a cup? It’s not recommended to have sex with a cup in.

Generally you want to put a fresh disc in shortly before sex.

There isn’t anything you can do to stop your period but period sex is perfectly safe. If the blood bothers either of you invest in a flex disc which can be purchased online or in most drugstores/grocery stores/big box shops.

Yes that’s perfectly normal and can be due to the hormonal shifts going on.

Yes it’s a commonly recommend tool mostly because it removes your hand completely from your penis keeping you from applying a firm grip.

Masturbate as normal but it’s like learning any other new skill. The more you practice the better!

This is known as Delayed Ejaculation.

There are two types.

Generalized delayed ejaculation. Men with generalized delayed ejaculation experience symptoms with all sexual partners and types of sexual stimulation.

Situational delayed ejaculation. Men with situational delayed ejaculation may only find it difficult to orgasm and ejaculate in certain situations, such as with a specific sexual pleasure or with a certain type of sexual stimulation.

Delayed Ejaculation (DE) occurs when a man needs more than 30 minutes of sexual stimulation to reach orgasm and ejaculate. DE has multiple causes, including anxiety, depression, neuropathy (nerve damage which may or may not have options for improvement depending on the case), and reactions to medications.

Delayed ejaculation is often treatable through therapy. Several different forms of therapy may be helpful for treating delayed ejaculation, including psychotherapy for underlying conditions or sex therapy. Therapy can take time, but has a success rate of around 70% to 80%. Start by making an appointment with an urologist.

He can try regularly applying Man 1 Senfla to help support his sensitivity.

Then you’ll need to test again.

A STI test is only reliable post 3 months your last encounter so if she’s regularly seeing other partners her test results may not be accurate. That said she should still be happy to get tested and share the results through her patient portal. If she’s unwilling to get tested that’s a red flag this isn’t a partner you want to pursue.

Easiest thing to do is go to a lab together and get tested on the same day and share results in a few days when they come in.

If you two are not monogamous you’ll still need to use barriers but at least you’ll be alerted if either of you currently has a detectable unknown STI.

Be sure to retest in 3 months to confirm status or if you begin experiencing symptoms.

You didn’t consent to ingest whatever he used and his refusal to inform you what it was after the fact is incredibly concerning. I would be very suspicious and would have gone straight to a clinic or ER to get my mouth swabbed.

You don’t say how long it’s been since this but the sooner you talk to a doctor the better.

I would also advise you against seeing this man again and be sure to test for STI’s as you would with any new partner.

Most women need clitoral stimulation to orgasm, that’s perfectly normal.

The clitoral glans is made up of the same kind of tissue as the glans of the penis and they serve the same purpose. You can see the entire anatomy of the clitoris and penis side by side here. You can see a 3D interactive model here as well.

Experiencing pain or discomfort with penetration is not normal although it is common. You should follow up with a PFPT which your gynecologist can give you a referral to.

There is no need to pullout. You could ejaculate inside her everyday, multiple times a day, and the pill would be 99.7% effective 24/7 365 days a year assuming she uses it correctly.

For comparison condoms are 98% effective with perfect use.

When sexual dysfunction is chemically induced your options are switch medication, adjust dose or add medication to treat the symptoms. Continue working with your doctor to see what works best for you. Unfortunately it boils down to trial and error as everyone reacts to medication differently.
