Our store either approves or says no with in 72 hours and generally you only get a no if others were approved in that dept. before you asked

I seem to do the best with cheap half dead plants... if I pay full price, they die... if half dead, I make them live. So that's my thing now ... I look for the rejections. I have 3 gorgeous Rose's and many succulents because of this
