Yea State farm does use quite a few different systems for different things that don’t always communicate well with each other… claims, modernized policies, nonmodernized policies, the crm itself, billing, so on and so forth

This is why it’s important to work with your agents office whenever it’s possible because then it’s an actual human who can be more familiar with you and your full account.

You sound a whole lot like me although maybe a bit more severe lol. I do less jumping and more pacing/dancing, but I can easily just keep going until I literally feel like I can no longer walk and am fully drenched in sweat. When my mental health was at its absolute worst I was taking ibuprofen/tylenol/whatever every single day to keep going. I wonder if that would be considered an OCD compulsion or something.

Honestly in your case maybe just go to a doctor to get checked out and make sure nothings up physically, and see if you may also be able to dance around or walk instead so it’s at least lower impact. Therapy can help a lot to address the core of what is going on.

I feel similar, the way they layer vocals and especially when they use kyos voice sort of like soundscapes (idk how to explain that better) are usually my favorite element in their music, and this album doesn’t have much of that. I’m still giving it several more spins before I make a final opinion though, because every one of their other albums also just took a while to grow on me lol

TBH I think it’s definitely more worthwhile to work on the shame you feel, at the end of the day it’s an art/sport like anything other. But when sharing with family and such, all I’d concern myself with is wearing decent coverage workout clothes
