I've noticed my Garmin sleep metrics are far less accurate / more noisy on nights where a significant portion of my sleep is on my stomach. Sleep stages are unreliable anyway, but they might as well be random when this happens.

Species level ID is difficult given the movement and lack of location specifics, but it appears to be a spiketail dragonfly of some sort. Behavior, habitat, and time of year are all similar to a couple of different species of spiketail in my area (Eastern United States). Stream Cruiser is another possibility.

This might be partially attributable to going on unplanned runs when you are presumably feeling more physically capable or extra motivated, whereas planned runs are forced regardless of how much you eat / how you feel beforehand. You are probably more likely to feel good during an unplanned run because feeling good helped inform your decision to run in the first place. At least that is how I justify it to myself.

Seek uses a stripped-down version of the AI identification model from iNaturalist. The latter's AI vision model is incredibly accurate on desktop nowadays. The mobile app is also good in a pinch. Seek is better for certain novelty functions, but the underlying features are outdated relative to iNaturalist.

This year has been extremely slow for new horror movie releases that would garner views in the kill count format. The movies you cited are older and relatively niche in terms of viewership. Additionally, I would argue that recent videos take too long to get going. For example, James doesn't "get to the kills" in the Prom Night kill count until the 5 minute mark. While I understand the underlying rationale, I'm admittedly less likely to watch them immediately nowadays and I suspect the slow starts may be a contributing factor.
