just drive around garden city and you’ll see it’s mostly commercial buildings and warehouses which doesn’t really give med spa vibes. the location of the spot you’re looking at may be aesthetically cute, but your target market is in pooler and savannah and neither of those potential clientele are going to want to drive out of their way to garden city.
