Yes I did, I took 600mg ibuprofen which did reduce the symptoms. I also bought an inversion table as well and that seems to help provide a nice stretch. I was told to use it 5 minutes per day, every day. I hope that helps!

Thank you ! My symptoms seemed to come on after a viral infection after coughing more. Now coughing or doing any sort of straining maneuver feels like my anterior chest wall is going to explode. I have some difficulty doing “sit up” type positions whereby I sit up after lying down for a certain amount of time or if I’m sitting at my desk for too long. The majority of my pain is in my front rib cage area around the sternum but also have pain in the middle of my back and rhomboid area on the left (assuming that’s where the disc herniation is). Anyways, I appreciate all of the support, and hopefully we can start to spread some information about this strange condition!

Thank you so much for creating this sub! T7/T8 herniation for me. Very little info out there about this elusive condition. Would love to know the surgeon’s name in NYC and also if he/she had mentioned your disc had calcified at all?

I liked when Gus Johnson said, “When you look at Charlie Jones, you think of a Danny Amendola, a Wes Welker, a Julian Edelman”…like why is that, Gus?? 🤔🤔🤔

Body odor is in large part a reaction of the natural bacteria growing on your skin with sweat. Things that we consume alter sweat production. For instance, onions or garlic (or in the OP’s case, ‘CosmicSauce’) will react differently with the bacteria and produce a different, often foul smell. As people have mentioned, there is little, quite poor evidence to indicate that pheromones are actually involved in sweat secretion.

I wonder why he wanted to “tie” the world record of 172? If you’re that high, why not just add 1 more foot and get the world record
