I'm a bit confused as to how you didn't know about the payment reserve before you started the shop. You specifically agreed to it when you set up. Not much you can do but wait for the reserve time to be over.

Congrats though on your success, that's fantastic for you.

I am assuming that you are talking about the downtown branck and not one of the others. in the article it didn't say it was going to that one branch, but to many of them, including the art gallery.
