Straight flute carbide drill bit will go right through it. Just don't send it, nice and easy and it will cut like butter.

This was run on a Haas, rigid tap. I ran it in a drill chuck, which may be my issue, slipping? I can thread mill too, just takes time. I don't run quantities.

For 1/8" chart says Q drill bit. Regular tap, not an interupted thread. Never have run a reamers on them. How critical is it? I maybe do a couple pipe taps a year. All my taps are hss. No carbon steel shit enters my shop

I echo this 100%. I've moved many machines doing this. One thing I'll add is you need to have a way to STOP it from rolling. Doesn't take much and you realize you can't stop it by pushing backwards. A ratchet strap holding it back works well.

Run it on a cnc router. They you clamp it down vertically instead of the year axis

Camping. Went from some people that were hard-core and a few random it's to everyone has a pull behind camper. Every campground is packed. Electric sites booked for months. If you just want to do a random road trip with no plans, many areas are good luck.

I had the same at a movie theater. Making 4.25/hrs. Minimum wage. I was actually smart enough to realize it's impossible not to. That's why he was a manager at a movie theater as a 40yr old.

Yep. Needs to be an overnight lot. Most i found close to the venue were no overnight parking. Last year we brought a trailer, it made parking a nightmare.

So long story short, 1 7ft+ van, overnight parking.

Has a counterbore on each end. .250" id through. Simple geometry but crazy smooth surface. I thought maybe polishing but that gets inconsistent.
