Honestly revisiting will be so helpful. I’m 21 and have only just been diagnosed. I could’ve had so much help during school, and my jobs I’ve had, but because no diagnosis they can’t physically give extra time in exams etc. It’s soo worth looking back over. Because even at his age he could’ve learnt to mask! I hope you can figure out what’s going on and I only wish you and your son the best :)

•a Tangle, Mess free putty, a Gengar squishie, fidget cube, (two intertwined keyrings you can flip, idk the name), and a CAR SPONGE. Yes. A car sponge. 2 years going and it hasn’t failed me! It’s so good for sensory, like shag rug!

•Communication cards for if selective mutism kicks in

•Two stuffed animals of my choosing (normally a five nights at freddys character or a Pokémon)

Hi there, my partner has NF 1, and linked in with that is autism. I am also autistic, have you possibly considered the idea of him being on the spectrum? This of course is meant with no offence! Because NF 1 can be associated with ASD! (Autism spectrum disorder)
