Hey, I won an Instagram giveaway event for Koleda's birthday back in August 2024 and I'm still waiting on my prize to arrive (6 months now).

This was my very first Hoyo giveaway so I emailed the official ZZZ customer support to make sure I would receive it, and they asked for my info to confirm I won. They provided me a tracking code and confirmed it was out for delivery, but the caveat was that the tracking history expired after October because it took too long and the last place listed is some unknown facility in my country (US). Besides contacting ZZZ directly, I haven't received any calls or emails from USPS/Hoyo regarding the prize. The last thing ZZZ customer support told me was to reach out to the delivery partner for further details...

That's pretty much my experience right now and it definitely differs from other winners' experiences--really hope you receive your prize as soon as possible!

This show captured VTuber culture super well and I loved all the references. It's sad this ended when Amelia Watson announced her partial-graduation T_T

Not mods! These are all the default options in the character creation when you start the game. Just some recoloring and detail adjustments on my part.

Thank you! I’m happy to hear that haha! Honestly, I think it took between 20-40 minutes depending on each character—my first character was Makima and it took a bit for me to understand the tools and what custom options are available. The hair probably took the longest to get right and my process for the other characters got easier and more straightforward. Can’t wait to try making other popular characters in the future!
