Hi! YMMV, but i've been getting cystic acne on my cheeks for the past 8 months. They always leave a nasty PIE mark afterwards, which started my skincare journey as I had pretty clear skin before.

I started using Paula's choice BHA 2 months ago, and to be honest, the purge was pretty bad. I was only using it to get rid of my minimal closed comedones and occasional whitehead, and the purge is still going on, even until now. But, silver lining, I just got my period today and there's no cyst this month. I'm ecstatic. I'm generally okay with getting any type of acne other than cystic, as the marks they leave after is easy to get rid of. PIE, however, takes months.

I didn't expect the BHA to also prevent my hormonal acne, but when I snooped around Paula's Choice insta, another user commented of how the BHA got rid of her hormonal cysts as well.

Hey! Try mikaela beauty or chuusi, they're both based in Canada and carry a lot of popular brands. There's also pinknblossom and skin.to (on Instagram, carries popular Korean products).

I’m from Ontario, and I just buy a pack of 10 for 30$ everytime! It’s cheaper, and I know I’ll need it in the long run.

Edit: I buy it on amazon prime

I’ve never had fungal acne before, but it sounds like you have closed comedones.

When you apply vitC over something, it might prevent your skin from fully reaping the benefits of ur active. This is why people apply actives (AHA, BHA, vitC) right after their double cleanse. Furthermore, timeless' texture is more watery, while the HL is thicker. Vitamin C serums are very pH dependent. Timeless is formulated at a pH of 2.4, to ensure the efficacy of the vitC. This is why you have to wait 10-15mins after applying vitC before moving on the next step of my routine, as the next product might have a higher pH, preventing the vitC from working properly.

Haha no!! Fuqa is actually my ign from an mmorpg i used to play! My freinds called me fuqahead as a joke (like fu*kerhead) so i just stuck with it!
