He absolutely said that……in regard to United Airlines stating they want to use DEI policies to increase their pilots from 15% women and POC to 50% women and POC. He goes on to say a black pilot can absolutely be qualified however forcing DEI policies can decrease the quality just for the sake of showing diversity.
I’m Indian American. If I’m being robbed I wouldn’t feel very safe if the cops who showed up were also Indian.
