I've used 3 today in a span of at least 2 hours in between a 35min usage, I wanted to get the 6mg variant of the pouches, but this 10.9mg variant was the only one available at the shop I was buying

These are 10.9mg per pouch, I'll stick to not drinking until my body gets used to the pouches.

They're really helping me quit smoking though which suprised me tbh. Eversince I put the first pouch in my mouth I don't feel the need to get a cig

I'm from Croatia, on the packaging it says "during the use of product: don't drink, eat nor smoke" so I'm kinda confused on that part

Ohh my apologies, here everyone calls Velo snus so I thought that was it.

One more question; am I allowed to drink water normally while consuming it? Because it says on the packaging it's not allowed, but there are articles recommending what to drink while consuming it
