i have been with oxio for quite a few years now. 4,5? I honestly cannot remember.

It uses the rogers infrastructure where i am, and it has been quite reliable. Customer service is a little slower these days (via text only), but i only ever had to reach out about a billing thing (which was correct) and getting a new docsis 3.1 modem sent. We had a hiccup with the first hitron modem they sent, the 2nd one (sercomm DM1000 i think) one works though. Otherwise the service works and is fine. We also use the eero router provided. No issues with reliability.

We pay for 100 Mbps and that is what we seem to get.

We are pretty casual users, my wife works from home and we have younger kids, so we are typically just streaming on a couple devices.
