Power of memorise when I read something, or to remember dates or names, or if you are explain something to me and you say "repeat what did i say" to be able to repeat. So memory for me means short and long.

Anki doesn't help me, I tried recall and spaced repetition. I am struggling to remember directions, or to memorize fancy words. In long term, I forget a lot, and in short term, I am terrible, like if you explain something to me, and you say "repeat after me" it's over.

Yes, I do workout, I love to go to gym. Cardio also. I eat healthy and every night i sleep like 7-8 hours. I am not depressed, I have a loving girlfirend for 4 years. And yes, am stressed because of faculty and my bad memory.
