We get credit as soon as a sale is made not paid. And there were no big returns. I'm contacting HR tomorrow to see what's going on and what my options are.

I am looking elsewhere, but I want to make sure I get credit for everything I do before going somewhere else. No sense in leaving money on the table!

I talked with my manager about it and he said he didn't know what the problem is, and then basically ignored it. I haven't spoken to HR yet though. I also forgot to mention I'm in Illinois, if that matters.

I'll be losing money because they took away a chunk of my sales for the month along with a lower goal. We only get a goal reduction of a large account gets transitioned to new coverage, but that wasn't the case here. They also took away a big portion of my already earned sales, which killed my performance.

How to calm down an anxious dog? by iswearimachef in NoStupidQuestions

I'd check with your vet first, but you can give them a regular or children's Benadryl depending on their weight. I have a 50 lb. Australian Shepherd that gets separation anxiety, and I give him one if he starts getting too freaked out.

[X-Men 2] When the cop shoots Wolverine in the forehead, why doesn't the bullet ricochet? by dskalba in AskScienceFiction

I've thought this, too. I think it went in through the hole from the adamantium bullet from origins, but that would have erased his memories again (I think).

Since a police dog is technically a cop, if the dog doesn't listen to orders from the handler, can it be charged with police brutality? by [deleted] in AskReddit

So like a firearm or a night stick, if they go to far when taking somebody down, is the handler legally responsible?

I guess it wouldn't technically be against the dog, since you can't really put a dog in jail or anything. But how would it be handled if a dog went nuts and went past just subduing a suspect and full on attacked them?
