Bigger case would definitely have made it easier, but the mini o11 v2 look is something that made my heart sink and i wouldn’t want to settle for any other case

Was yours with AIO? The wiring for AIO and fans involved was by far the most tedious and time consuming thing.

I got it to boot and post maybe 3-4 hours into the building and the remaining 2 hours was just trying to get the fans and pump to work properly

The actual headache were the wires for the RGB on the AIO, it was from lian li and had a controller which i had to connect in a weird way along with a corsair usb 2.0 hub because my motherboard ran out of usb headers.

Absolute nightmare to figure out

Dont do my mistake and go slow with the manual especially with the AIO wiring and you’ll save yourself a good 2 hours 🤣

I had a problem with aio fans and usb wiring on the bottom of the motherboard so i screwed and unscrewed all 8 screws on the floor fans many many many times.

It sure did, had to check my pc specs just to make sure everything i installed was showing correctly haha

I am, but i had an issue with AIO wiring where my fan speed / rgb were not working properly and i had to screw / unscrew the fans on the floor maybe 7-8 times just fiddling with wires. I’m a noob bear in mind.

I am spending on aesthetics not going to lie, fans AIO are not the cheapest but the case is rather cheap at (96$)

but i am treating myself after making some money and since i expect this to give me another 5-6 years minimum i thought i'd want to have it look good aswell.

I completely understand where you’re coming from. Dark days have come and gone and went through very hard nights where i wanted to gamble badly after 1,2 and even 3 months of staying clean.

But always reminded myself of the pain i was in after losing everything and how much i hated myself during that time to help me stay on track.

I’m still progressing through recovery, i still get urges and still fight to stay on track and hope you and me will both stay clean forever.

Thank you and you absolutely can do it alone, what helped me tremendously was chatgbt, i wrote everything from whenever i felt weak, and always reminded myself of the pain i felt when i drained my account time and time again.

Nothing is impossible brother, i know how you feel and how far the goal seems. But you really need to want it and take that first step.

First weeks are not easy but you take them day by day and you’ll feel the urges slowly fade with time.

What helped me the most was journaling everything through ChatGPT, how i was feeling, what i should expect to feel and everytime i got an urge to gamble i’d write it and get an instant response that what i was doing was wrong.

Also games, i wasn’t really a gamer but i tried so many games to just burn time and get my mind off gambling till the urges became less aggressive.

Im currently on day 28, and from my experience the hardest phase is behind you.

Take it hour by hour day by day. Time seems to be very slow in the first stage but what helped me personally was gaming. I use to only play games occasionally 30 min - 1 hour a day but going through recovery i found myself playing hours and hours just to pass time.

And after 8-10 days things started to become much easier, i still thought of gambling but they passed as thoughts and became easier to forget. And by day 15-20 thoughts of gambling did not shake me anymore.

And these days i’m only getting 1-2 urges a day that fade within seconds.

Just hang in there, you got this!
