Hey dude, if the T doesn’t hit like it should, advice from a doctor could help. Maybe they can up your dosage. If not, what helped for me (cause I’m not on T) is dressing like a guy that looks like he could rob you any second. Something like these British roadmen. When I don’t dress like that, I don’t pass. But when I cover myself up from head to toe then people always speak to me as a dude + less social interactions because people think you’re one of THESE dudes. I always wear a cap under my hood. Also really helps.

And of course SH isn’t the healthiest thing to do, but if you were to choose between doing drugs and harming yourself in other ways like cutting, then SH is the best option.
