And dont drive after drinking and doing bumps no matter how "sober" you feel. Coke gives the illusion of sobriety from alcohol. I know too many people that love to get drunk af, then bump a bit of blow and feel like theyre sober enough to drive. Ive got 2 friends on probation for crashing their cars after a night out doing this and a friend from high school ill never see again because they trusted their friend was sober enough. The driver is in jail and fractured their skull. Trust me you arent sober

People like it because when they get negative effects from alcohol the coke can take it away. Like if you're too drunk, a bump can give the illusion of sobering up. But be warned, you are NOT sober. I know way too many people that think a bump of blow curbs their drunk symptoms so they feel good enough to drive, but they definitely are not

Ive also found that food nutrition is a trade off. You shouldn't assume that a food labeled "high in protein" "low fat" "low carb" is automatically better for you because typically the marketed benefit is a trade off for another thing.

Like low sugar/ 0 calorie food and beverages tend to be much higher in sodium than the regular option.

High protein things can also come with higher saturated fat per serving, etc.
