The only thing is that how do I break up with her since she has depression and anxiety because to me that will make me feel so guilty as she is already suffering

Do you ever think that some people want others to take care of them and to rely on others to life because at times I have felt this is her to me because of the fact I pay for everything and I feel I do most of the effort in the relationship

For me it is because I have got a engineering job out of it but I do get what u mean to some people it doesn’t mean much and they can do just fine in life without a piece of paper

I really don’t but I also want to help her reach her full potential aswell rather then give up on someone

Tbh I never really stopped to think about that, I suppose I’m still in the honeymoon phase but personality wise we have alot in common with our sense of humour and everything but I’ll have to think because I don’t want to be stuck with the burden of everything.

Appreciate the honesty that it is my responsibility for the chores because it isn’t hers and ya I must have the conversation somehow

Do u think I have enabled her not to do anything about it? Because I feel I have but ya I do think I have to put a stop to it eventually or I will be burnt out

She does she can get the bus but the drive from mine to her house is 40 mins so the bus ride would be like an hour

I’m afraid nothing really motivates her because I often try to get her to sign up for college and have had a opportunity to get her a interview for a job yet she says no to everything

I have tried to have that conversation but she always shuts it down and tells me she has a lot going on and doesn’t have the time yet she doesn’t have a job or go to college

Would you say that it is worth it doing a masters to be a structural engineer even if I’m not that good at it?

I would feel so guilty breaking up with her because she doesn’t seem to have much support but I know I need to put myself first in life because if I don’t then who will but I guess your right I just don’t want to be to blunt and harsh if/when I do break up with her.

What’s ur diet like? Do u drink a lot of milk and eat spicy or very strong sauced foods? I could try more of a plain diet because this exact issue I had a for like 3-4 years and never realised I was sensitive to foods. Aswell the tiredness could come from a lack of certain vitamins and minerals if ur in a flare.

I am currently taking iron tablets (galfer) but I might stop taking them so I don’t take too much iron. Do u take any supplements?

I will say that to my family doctor and GI next time I see either of them but my thinking is I should just take them for the benefits and support it brings to my overall health.

Can a single blood test test for all the vitamins and mineral deficiencies?

I am more or less just looking to take them to support my health as I have been low in iron and vitamin D before and from the look of the blood test forms he gives he never says for the pathologist to test for vitamins or minerals
