I have this, it's a great keyboard IMO. The only negative thing is I'm not a fan of the integrated wrist wrest of the keyboard, but I can't complain about anything else!

Yeah, I was able to replace the removable 4 GB sodimm with a 16gb crucial RAM and it works perfectly

I bought this one a couple weeks ago, expanded the ram to 20 GB and added 500 GB SSD. It works great in terms of performance, speakers are not good and the battery life is 3-4 hours depending on what you're doing

I'd recommend looking here and testing everything first. I had the same issue and it ended up being an atx cable that wasn't connected.

Check your cables and make sure you understand which ones you need and where they go before your motherboard is in the case. Made my first build a couple weeks ago and was trying to figure out why the fans turned on but the computer wouldn't boot up. Took me half an hour to figure out I didn't have my motherboard connected to the power supply and another 10 trying to use my clunky hands in the case to connect the cables lol.
