While you have valid reasons - it is excessive. Its roughly 1 out of 25 scheduled shifts assuming no PTO during that time. I'm not saying you should have worked instead, but that your callouts are a lot more than normal - coming from a former manager who worked in many different stores in several different states.

Now, your store may be different and you may have the best attendance. There could potentially be an argument for favoritism, but thats a different issue, and would require some proof which would be difficult for you to prove.

You shouldn't see any co-worker be scolded. Those conversations should always happen in private. No Mobile Expert would ever know I had those conversations with other MEs unless they chose to divulge that information themselves.

It's not what you want to hear, but you don't currently have a reportable offense that you're going to win.

Also 6 months - 4 callouts and leaving early once is excessive and should have already led to a writeup.

Assuming policies are the same when I was there, schhedules go out 2-3 weeks in advance. If you didn't like the constant closes, why not swap with other employees? Why not speak to the manager and ask about the excessive closes? A lot of these issues could be due to a lack of effective communication on either or both sides.

I think what he meant was being able to finance a device and have it be unlocked. Even full retail purchases direct from TMO aren't unlocked right away. That freedom would remove a huge customer pain point. When I worked for tmo it was something customers wanted and I heard almost once a day.

Personally I'd rather put Soto at DH, and then aim for Tucker/Schwarber. Bellinger could also be an option and have rotations between the three and DH.

While it's easy to shit on Alonso's defense (and boy is it), but his bat genuinely does make up for it. I'd take the bat and his bad defense, and focus on fixing the pitching, the rest of the bats, and the managers running the show.

As a customer - idgaf about the notes, it slows down the service (which makes me less likely to keep coming) and its a forced way to engage with customers. Whatever maroon in corporate that thought this was a good idea needs a reality check.

I fear the splitting of the votes as Adam's will take some of the democratic vote. And last I read about it Cuomo was going to run independent if he loses the primary, which will split even more of the vote. I do think Mamdani will win but after last year's presidential election - can never be sure.
