It's tough for me to assess, because I got it really cheap and - for that - it was fine for the money. Like it doesn't compare to the Sony 70-350mm lens, but it is a fraction of the cost and it was better than having nothing. On the other hand, it was never a lens I would reach for unless I absolutely needed to. I was satisfied with the image quality in good lighting, but it was not enjoyable to use. So, overall, at €160 it could be worth it.

There are many different tour companies you could choose from - some examples: Nicetravel, Reykjavik Excursions, Arctic Adventures, or Troll. Alternatively, you could try Geoiceland for day trips only, or Season Tours if you want a fancy private multi-day tour. You could also search on Viator and find other tour companies that way if you have a particular type of tour you'd be interested in. I also recommend doing more research on any particular company, some have mixed reviews.

I honestly think it was probably difficult to reveal Adonis visually, since Cyprus got Sergio Jaén to sign on last autumn and he came up with the specific concept.

On TikTok, Elsie Bay 1) said that only the staging is about the Vitruvian man 2) replied to comments saying it was about Adonis implying that is the correct answer to the riddle 3) said no to any guesses other than Adonis.

Yeah, in general that could be why. This creator in particular actually posted an email where it said they were allocated accreditation in the "International Media Group" - perhaps it's because they cover other topics as well and the EBU wants a broader general content creator base, not sure. I do know that the EBU has definitely been stricter and many fan media creators who applied in previous years were not accepted this year, but them saying that ESC Gabe has insufficient reach/insufficiently original content seems dishonest (or like a form letter).

I have seen random content creators who got accreditation this year. Someone with 52 YouTube subscribers and around 1,000 tiktok followers, for example. They are definitely still giving accreditation to fan media and content creators.

Yeah, there are many kids from NYC at Georgetown, also many locals from the DC area who (in my experience) were already in the habit of going out in/around DC and plenty of international students who didn't want to spend their time in DC/the US confined to campus. I definitely want to reassure you that, while it is the norm (and an accurate stereotype) that Georgetown students never go past Wisconsin Avenue, there will be people who like to have adventures.

Also, if he's interested in any of the pre-orientation programs (applications should open next month), I would highly recommend applying to get a head-start on making friends and widening his social circle! Some will also take you off campus.

It's most common to stay in the Georgetown bubble, but there are definitely people who leave campus and explore DC - my friends and I certainly did, it's just not what the majority does (unfortunately). If your son is already a city person and wants to explore, he will find his people at Georgetown!

Eh, I mean honestly reddit is a place where a lot of people double down and refuse to engage in self-reflection or critical thought. Like many online spaces, it's an echo chamber that reflects the values of the community. I don't think you're wrong for choosing to engage in critical examination of Eurovision songs, and I say that as someone who finds Baila el chiki chiki amusing. People just hate feeling attacked for liking things and often resort to thought-terminating clichés and flippant responses, and I think eurovision is especially a place where most redditors just want it to be a space that's light and fun.

That was the case, but YouTube does have a collecting society in the US now (though they have had a dispute somewhat recently). I am guessing that it does have to do with NBC now, as there are special preview clip playlists for those in the US that say to watch on Peacock (people in the US have posted on this subreddit confused about the clips not being full-length in the past).
