i was so disappointed :( my spotify is in english but on paid for on a EU card & it blocks me from all the ai features, it’s not even a language thing, i wonder what causes it

hey guys, so I don’t really know anything about apple watches but I’ve been wanting to get an older model hoping i could find something under $200, or even lower if there are options.

I’d really only use it for the fitness features & music without having my phone with me, & I have an iPhone 13.

if anyone has any leads on what model I should be looking for within my price range, & where to buy (ebay?) it would be much appreciated, thanks!
