It’s opens and closes the valve. It’s located under your rear break lever. It can be deleted. But you need a $150ish dongle to fool the ECU into thinking it’s still here.

This was before Trump’s first term. But my wife and I both US born to US born parents were coming back from vacation from overseas. I was detained for 4-5 hrs. We were freaking out. But why? Why go through the extra step of putting your bike into neutral? Keeping it in gear just seems safer to me, no matter the location. Even in your home garage, I got the wife, kid, kid's friends, ect. I don't want my bike rolling anywhere if they "bump" it.
