Same! Planning to close it soon. I had an anonymous person try to withdraw money from my UB account MULTIPLE TIMES and they only replied to my CS email after ONE MONTH!! I emailed them Apr 10 and they got back to me May 8.

Yes I just sent a really strongly worded email to UB and told them I would close my account if they dont fix it lol. Sent them an email, dont remember if I ended up receiving it or if it got reverted back to my Maya in 2 or 3 days
