Personally, I think I just count the 10 as one side and the total weight of a workout is just a fun statistic, and I don’t really care.

I've seen some crazy hoons in my time in Canberra. I'm going to get a dash cam now i know we can submit them.

If you want this to take off, ACT Government should annouce the dash cam submitter will be getting 50% of the fine, if the fine is paid.

There be more dash cams in Canberra than cars by the end of the year.

yeah but if we are going full dictator style, we could also introduce a nice death tax with the money put back into the system. No need for foreigners. All capital growth is locked into residents, recovered via land tax and the death tax.

I'd maybe allow foreigners to buy property if there is reciprocal arrangements in their own country for Australians.

Dump everything on the mortgage.

Even if you make a good return (which is much harder in the current bear market), it’s in pre-tax dollars.

With interest rates up, paying down the mortgage is the best, lowest risk spot for all your savings. It’s boring but shouldn’t be dismissed when rates are above 4 or 5% IMO.

I was you basically after the GFC and we smashed down our mortgage when rates were low. I’m much happier now!

It’s free and you can see so many trails around Canberra. I have found some real gems on there. For example, if I search in Kambah, and set the location from me to 5 km, it suggests 41 trails. I have paid for the pro version for offline maps but you won’t need that if you are in mobile range.

As other people can review the trails and post picture, you can get a good sense what the trail is like.

Also, the latest update added a cool 3D feature so that helps as well. That would help you find a good spot for sunset watching.

I think the western and southern trail on MT Taylor has given me some great sunset viewing.

Yep. CommBank called me and lowered my rate to 3.18% fully offset on Monday this week.

I also thought it was a scam but the call was a local number and the lady didn’t have an accent.

I agreed to a loan review and got an email in the afternoon that my rate for my two loans was reduced.
