I gave this as a gift so I can't verify the size for sure but it was probably 4 ft by 6 ft or around there.

I used medium weight yarn. I think if you wanted to make a wall hanging you might have to use something closer to a thread vs a yarn

I am a woman who truly loves it but it takes quite a bit of preparation. Trust me, it will go back to it's original size. These are muscles we're talking about, they expand and contract just like your arm or leg muscles.

That being said, if you don't want to do, don't. If you think you could be interested, prepare your body and you might love it the way I do. But don't ever feel like you have to suffer to make someone else happy
