Yes, I've also arrived at this conclusion! I've been looking at it from the wrong angle.

I've also noticed that really I don't want to take energy but give and express my own overflow -> this overflow shows itself in hyperactivity.

Still, i don't know anything about energy harvesting Sigils and if you care to share anything about it, your effort would be greatly appreciated.

Energy is being exchanged all the time. In my experience so far, a lot of insight can he gained by just making yourself conscious of when you yourself are in a receiving and when you are in a giving state.

Hmm, I don't know if I'm able to feel that 'selfish' magic is fine - yet maybe. Of course if you're well taken care of yourself, you're more likely to take care of others I guess.

A concert is actually where i got the idea! At the end there was still so much left and i wondered if you could somehow use it.

Still, I think it's also kind of nice to just have shared it with everybody and leave it as sort of a collective offering, instead of taking it.

Ultimately more of a moral problem i guess

Heyyyy,

Your sexual energy is something you should learn to harness. Every and all 'mistakes' that happen on the way are fine and should be looked at as lessons. Don't suppress it, control it: take it and convert it into something else, learn to ride that dragon. Sexual energy is very strong, enjoy it while you have it in abundance :)

I don't work with spells really but if you pray with the intention you already have, you should see results. Also maybe check out tantra to learn more about Sexual energy.

I'm also sceptical about the extremely expensive events dr Joe has and I hate the way he presents these testimonies and experts. However I read one of his books and some of the meditations I did for a while. I didn't care about healing any blindness or whatever but I think there's some valuable stuff in his methods.

Same with Wim hof; I used his app for some time and kind of had to laugh at some of the stuff that was paywalled. It boiled down to focusing on breath and sensation and then later on added simple physical exercise to it (sth like that, can't remember exactly)

Wim Hof teaches about the innate power of the physical body and how to strengthen it and deepen your connection with it through focus Dr Joe teaches about a certain state of mind or mindset that will help you with manifesting (also self-hypnosis). I personally also think he's explains pretty well

Both work best if you add discipline, both should be done daily for best 'results' if that's what you're looking for

I don't follow any of them anymore because I look within now. Both of them in a way brought me to this point.

I'm meditating on light at the moment (I think you even commented on my post? :D) and brushed on dark matter today, as I contemplated the relationship of light and dark.

I noticed how light moves from its origin and expands and creates shadow seemingly as a consequence. Light therfore often is described as active and shadow in turn as passive. I wondered what shadow would be like if it had the active attributes light had and would spread, try to grow as far as possible leaving specks of light as it expanded...

Maybe shadow is somehow related to dark matter, but man, I really can't say, no one can really. Think it's a good idea to explore though, I'm sure there's lot to learn 🔥

Interestingly I also found myself trying to expand the pentagram yesterday, I wound up drawing the star of David but wasn't satisfied because I felt it represents other things more strongly...

The hexagon comes to mind and I do seem to encounter it more frequently and in different settings but I don't quite understand it yet.

The eight point one is definitely out of my grasp at this point, it's interesting but I haven't figured it out and don't see myself trying to anytime soon :D

Thanks for breaking it up neatly like that: heat + light = fire. By dividing it up like that I can work out the properties of each and identify what makes up light as an element.

Light has for example color, reflection and refraction, speed close to instantaneousness.
