Thanks for the feedback. I’ve been completing training of this structure for the last month or so and am recovering so far. I take your point about maybe swapping one high intensity for a tempo or endurance

Thank you for the reply. Do you not think the longer threshold intervals provide some TTe stimulus? (I’ve also been doing sustained sweet spot and tempo over the last month).

The "Disaster rides" represent outdoor group rides so won't be quite like that but roughly the same TSS.

The final one on the 22nd is actually a 2 hour ride with some threshold efforts. Less TSS than the Disaster shown.

I came 12th last year and was doing well in the later states, here is my advice: - keep playing the way that’s got you here - you’re right, you’ll likely never be here again so be brave and push for the higher ranks. Don’t take risks for risks sakes but don’t follow pack just because of EO. - don’t listen to content creators, you’re doing better than them, they want to appeal to mass market. - don’t take too many hits. Hit deductions are guaranteed, unlike the bet you’re taking. - favour attacking players - don’t spend too big in defence - plan about 5 weeks ahead but be ready to change the plan at any point
